Arvada

Arvada has a long running history in Central Colorado.  The city of Arvada is located in two counties, Jefferson and Adams.  The first ever Gold Strike in Colorado was in Arvada back in 1850, and that spot, Ralston Creek, was later named for the man that discovered the gold here.  The Arvada Real Estate Market has seen it's ups and downs, but remains a great central spot for city dwellers to lay their heads at night without the urban downtown feel.

Arvada is spread out over 23,000 acres and with three interstate highways, allows easy access to downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains.  And with Fast Tracks light rail system coming through, it will be even easier to come into for some of the most eclectic shopping and dining experiences around.

The city takes great pride in the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities along with Historic Olde Town shopping district,  and offers a diverse economic base, low crime rate, high educational workforce and wonderful quality of life.
